1. About Peptide Test Fund

Peptide Test Fund is a platform designed to help individuals coordinate and share the cost of independent laboratory testing of peptide samples.

Peptide Test Fund does not manufacture or sell peptides and is not a medical provider, pharmacy, healthcare provider, or clinical laboratory.

Laboratory testing is performed by independent third-party laboratories.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, participate in a testing project, contribute funds, submit a sample, or otherwise use portions of the Services that require registration or payment.

By using those Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

3. No Medical Advice

Information available through Peptide Test Fund, including articles, testing results, laboratory reports, Registry records, educational content, and user-submitted information, is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing provided through the Services is intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing guidance, or a recommendation regarding the use of any substance.

Questions about your health, medications, or treatment should be directed to a qualified healthcare professional.

4. User Accounts

Certain features of Peptide Test Fund may require an account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current.

You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for maintaining the security of any authentication method used to access it.

You may not create an account using another person’s identity or use another person’s account without authorization.

5. Testing Projects

Users may be able to start or participate in testing projects.

Information associated with a testing project may include:

• Compound or sample name
• Vendor or manufacturer
• Lot or batch information
• Labeled amount or concentration
• Sample photographs
• Requested laboratory tests
• Laboratory selection
• Sample shipping information
• Funding information
• Testing status
• Laboratory results

Users who submit project information are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

Peptide Test Fund may correct formatting, request additional information or documentation, reject incomplete submissions, or decline a testing project when reasonably necessary to operate the platform or protect the integrity of testing records.

6. Community-Funded Testing

Some testing projects allow multiple participants to share the cost of independent laboratory testing.

The amount paid by an individual participant may depend on factors such as the laboratory selected, tests requested, number of participants, shipping expenses, platform charges, and other project-specific costs.

Where applicable, the amount each participant is responsible for may decrease as additional participants join a project.

Before committing funds, users will be shown the applicable pricing, contribution amount, or maximum contribution associated with the project.

Any project-specific payment, funding, cancellation, or refund terms displayed during the contribution process are incorporated into these Terms.

7. Payments

Payments and contributions may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Peptide Test Fund does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers on its own systems.

Depending on the funding model used for a project, a payment provider may place an authorization, process a charge, release an authorization, or issue a refund according to the terms displayed for that project.

Users are responsible for ensuring that payment information they provide is valid and that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

8. Samples & Shipping

Depending on the testing project, samples may be shipped:

• Directly to the selected laboratory; or
• To Peptide Test Fund for documented receiving and handling before being forwarded to the laboratory.

Users must follow the shipping, labeling, identification, and packaging instructions provided for the project.

Peptide Test Fund is not responsible for loss, delay, damage, temperature exposure, mishandling, or other events caused by postal services, shipping carriers, laboratories, or other third parties, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Peptide Test Fund may refuse or discontinue processing of samples that arrive damaged, improperly identified, unsafe to handle, inconsistent with submitted project information, or otherwise unsuitable for the requested testing.

9. Independent Laboratories

Laboratories available through Peptide Test Fund operate independently from Peptide Test Fund.

Peptide Test Fund may provide information about laboratories, available testing services, methods, pricing, accreditation, or expected turnaround times. This information is provided to assist users in selecting testing services and may change.

Peptide Test Fund does not control laboratory operations, testing schedules, procedures, staffing, or turnaround times.

Laboratories are responsible for performing their own testing and generating their own laboratory reports.

10. Laboratory Results

Peptide Test Fund may display laboratory results and supporting documentation received from independent laboratories.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Peptide Test Fund does not independently reproduce or verify the laboratory analysis contained in those reports.

Laboratory results apply to the particular sample that was tested. They should not automatically be interpreted as representing every product, vial, batch, lot, or item sold by a particular vendor or manufacturer.

Testing results should not be interpreted as evidence that a product is safe, appropriate, effective, or suitable for human use.

11. Public Registry

Completed testing projects may be added to the Peptide Test Fund public Registry.

Public Registry records may include:

• Compound or sample name
• Vendor or manufacturer
• Lot or batch information
• Labeled quantity or concentration
• Laboratory name
• Testing methods
• Laboratory results
• Testing date
• Project identification number
• Sample photographs
• Certificates of analysis or laboratory reports

Peptide Test Fund will not intentionally include the private contact information of project participants in public Registry records.

By submitting information, photographs, documents, or samples for a testing project, you acknowledge that non-personal information associated with the project and its resulting laboratory testing may be published publicly.

12. Vendor & Manufacturer Information

Vendor, manufacturer, lot, batch, and product information appearing on Peptide Test Fund may be provided by users, laboratories, vendors, manufacturers, or other sources.

Unless specifically identified as verified, Peptide Test Fund does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted vendor, manufacturer, or product information.

Publication of a laboratory result does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, approval, or condemnation of any vendor, manufacturer, product, or compound.

13. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of photographs, documents, text, and other original content you submit to Peptide Test Fund.

By submitting content in connection with a testing project, you grant Peptide Test Fund a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and publish that content as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, administer testing projects, and maintain public testing records.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that its use by Peptide Test Fund will not violate another person’s rights.

14. Acceptable Use

You may not use Peptide Test Fund to:

• Violate applicable law
• Commit fraud or intentional misrepresentation
• Impersonate another person
• Submit intentionally false sample or project information
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services
• Attempt unauthorized access to another user’s account or platform systems
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or abuse users, laboratories, staff, or service providers
• Manipulate testing projects, funding, results, or Registry information
• Use laboratory results in a false, deceptive, or misleading manner

Peptide Test Fund may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, laboratories, the platform, or the integrity of testing records.

15. Intellectual Property

The Peptide Test Fund name, logo, website design, platform software, graphics, original written content, and other proprietary materials are owned by Peptide Test Fund or its licensors unless otherwise indicated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit proprietary Peptide Test Fund materials without permission.

Public laboratory results and Registry information may be referenced for legitimate informational purposes, provided the information is not altered or presented in a false or misleading manner.

16. Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may integrate with or link to independent laboratories, payment processors, authentication providers, shipping carriers, websites, and other third-party services.

Peptide Test Fund does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, availability, security, or practices.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

17. Availability of Services

Peptide Test Fund may modify, introduce, suspend, or discontinue features or services at any time.

We do not guarantee that every testing project will receive sufficient funding, that every submitted sample can be tested, or that every laboratory, testing service, or testing method will remain available.

Project availability, laboratory availability, pricing, funding requirements, and turnaround estimates may change.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peptide Test Fund and the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free information, successful funding of any project, laboratory turnaround times, or particular testing outcomes.

Nothing on Peptide Test Fund constitutes a guarantee regarding the identity, purity, quantity, sterility, quality, safety, effectiveness, legality, or suitability of any peptide, compound, vendor, manufacturer, or product.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peptide Test Fund will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

This includes losses relating to testing projects, project funding, sample shipping, third-party laboratories, payment processors, published results, reliance on laboratory information, unavailable services, or user-submitted information.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Peptide Test Fund harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful use of the Services, intentionally false submissions, or infringement of another person’s rights.

21. Privacy

Our collection, use, and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using Peptide Test Fund, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Peptide Test Fund and its Services evolve.

When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by applicable law and, where permitted, by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the entity operating Peptide Test Fund is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
